This weekend, I was contacted by Dawn at
Faithfully Yours, to be a guest designer for her blog! Dawn's website and blog provide a sweet ministry to Christians who love scrapbooking and papercrafting as a way to make and preserve family memories, express faith and uplift each other. Faithfully Yours has several articles on faithbooking, scrapbooking and memory keeping as well as resources to get you started. Every other Thursday, she'll be sharing one of my creations with you. I'll be participating in a faith based paper crafting challenge. I am so excited to get started! This week, I am participating in the
Stampin' Sister's in Christ Challenge #89. The devotion is precious and there is a sweet story about a teacup. It is a must read! You will never look at a teacup the same way again!
Scripture: Psalm 121:2-4 “My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip--he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep."
The challenge is to use a teacup or teapot in your card. I really enjoyed making a previous layout I had used with a teapot last month, so I though I would do the layout again (similar), but change up the colors, image, and finish the inside of the card - a first for me! The inspiration for this layout came from a back issue of Papercrafts Magazine.
