The Way God Sees It

God's Word tells us that there are some things God hates to see us do.

¹⁶There are six things that the LORD hates,
   seven that are an abomination to him:
¹⁷ haughty eyes, a lying tongue,
   and hands that shed innocent blood,
¹⁸ a heart that devises wicked plans,
    feet that make haste to run to evil,
¹⁹ a false witness who breathes out lies,
   and one who sows discord among brothers. 

                                                      Proverbs 6:16-19

How does God see me?  He knows my heart.  He sees me all of the time.  He made me.  God knows my weaknesses, strengths, pain, joy.  God loves us so much that he sent his Son to die for us.  He is the perfect Judge. Has your sin debt been paid?  Have you accepted Jesus as your Saviour?  Because He is the perfect Judge, he has to judge our sin.  What will your penalty be?  Death...because you turned Christ away?  Or Life eternal because you accepted Him.  While God loves us, and is so merciful, he HATES our sin.
